When is my order shipping?

Everything from Obscvro Vestimentum works on a pre-order system. Therefore, all items go into production the day after sales end. Our lead time provided is 18-25 business days after a sale has ended. This does not include weekends or holidays. So please keep that in mind when purchasing.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. However, if it has to do with changing sizes, do reach us at [email protected] with your name and order number so we can tackle the situation as soon possible.
